Tour: Ceviche and Pisco Sour

We will have a wonderful experience in Huanchaco participating in this incredible gastronomic tour called: Ceviche and Pisco Sour-

During the cooking class we will learn the secrets of preparing the most representative dish and drink of Peru (Ceviche and Pisco Sour).

An expert chef will show us the ingredients, how to cut the fish and also how to present the dish on the table. We will also have the opportunity to intervene in the preparation of our ceviche.

Then an expert bartender will teach us how to prepare this delicious Peruvian cocktail called Pisco Sour. Next, the restaurant's chef will teach us the secrets of preparing a delicious ceviche that has been recognized as the most traditional dish in Peru. Includes tasting.

Optional:

After tasting the ceviche we will go to the Huanchaco market to learn about the vegetables, fruits and typical products of Peru and learn about life in a local market.

Finally we tour Huanchaco beach to observe the boats known as "caballitos de totora" that are used for daily fishing to this day. We will learn how they are made and how they are used to this day.
